Piccard Homes was founded in 1994 by the team of Carrie Accardi, Rich Ward, and Mike Accardi to handle residential, commercial development, and construction. Piccard Homes is a second generation business, descended from the Ward Companies founded by Rich and Carrie's father in the late 60's.
